Telnyx is a SIP carrier. Point a Telnyx SIP Connection at MyDaddy.io (TLS to host1), add the telnyx Provider, and hook numbers you already own. Inbound Join is the same I’m-ready overlay as SignalWire and Twilio. Search & Buy stays on those other providers for now.

Buy or port numbers in Telnyx Mission Control, assign them to the MyDaddy.io SIP Connection, then hook the E.164 on the workplace (provider telnyx, empty SID).
Telnyx provides the caller's name on every inbound call. The auto-attendant carries this through to the agent UI so screen-pops show the caller's name, not just their number.
You'll need a Telnyx Mission Control account and at least one phone number on a SIP Connection. Ask a MyDaddy.io operator to add the telnyx Provider if it is not already there.
Telnyx portal: Voice → SIP Connections → Add SIP Connection. Prefer FQDN or IP auth and allow 192.227.72.228. Inbound URI: sip:192.227.72.228:5061;transport=tls.
Telnyx portal: Voice → Outbound Voice Profiles → Add. Attach the connection. Outbound from MyDaddy.io uses host sip.telnyx.com on TLS 5061.
telnyxA superadmin adds a separate Provider (never the SignalWire or Twilio row). Origination / gateway host sip.telnyx.com, port 5061, ACL = Telnyx signaling IPs. Optional API key is for Test connection only.
Telnyx: Numbers → My Numbers → set Connection to this SIP Connection. Workplace: Terminations → Add (provider telnyx, empty SID) or Huddle numbers hook +E.164 100 provider=telnyx.
Call the DID and confirm it rings the roster / Join page (I’m ready). Outbound /call from a station whose outbound trunk is that DID should INVITE sip.telnyx.com.
Platform Provider row (superadmin). SIP fields are mirrored to Redis; the API key stays portal-only.
